The National Development Agency (NDA), an agency of government, has signed a memorandum of agreement with Africa Cooperatives Institute of South Africa (ACI-SA). This move formalises a partnership aimed at contributing to poverty eradication through supporting Cooperatives that create productive individuals, families and communities through self-help developmental programmes for achieving sustainable livelihoods and earning sustainable income through Cooperative enterprises in order to break the cycle of poverty.
The NDA and ACI-SA will jointly host the 3rd Conference on “Cooperatives and the Solidarity Economy” #CCSE2023 at Birchwood Hotel, Boksburg from 1st – 3rd November 2023.
